• Application Procedures

1. For undergraduate students

Applications shall be completed online via the Application Forms System from 9:00 AM, July 15, 2024 to 4:00 PM, July 18, 2024. After approved by the departments, please log in to the Application Forms System again and submit the application form to the Registrar’s Division no later than 4:00 PM, August 6, 2024. The application is not completed until students receive the confirmation notice from the Registrar's Division. Overdue application shall be deemed as voluntary abandonment.

※Reminders:

• Please think TWICE before submitting your applications. No change can be made once your application has been received by the Registrar’s Division. 
• Please refer to the application terms from departments and upload your transcripts, the certificate of ranking, and other required application documents. If you have any questions, please contact department staff.
• Applications shall be submitted by students during the period between the beginning of their second academic year and the beginning of their final year of mandatory study.

2. For graduate students

Paper application only. Please fill out “NCKU Graduate Program Application for Double Major/Minor Study” (the first attachment) in advance. A printout of the application form, transcripts, and other required documents should be submitted to the department where the second major /minor program is housed after approval by students’ advisors, and the department chairs.

• If students would like to relinquish of Double Major/Minor Study after receiving approval of application, please fill out the “Application Form for Relinquishment of Double Major/Minor Study”
