Subject:Starting from September 23, 2025, students can apply for their certificates of class ranking of all semesters.

Description:

1. Due to the personal privacy, the rankings of the fresh graduates of undergraduate programs will no longer be announced in public. Students can obtain their rankings online from https://reg-acad.ncku.edu.tw/p/412-1041-1409.php?Lang=zh-tw) beginning at 16:00 on September 17, 2025. If you have any questions, please go to the Registrar’s Division with your student ID card to confirm your ranking before 16:00 on September 22, 2025.
2. The methods of applying for the class ranking:
   • Transcripts (paper-version) & Certificate of Ranking (paper-version): Via all the Automated Document Application Payment Machines in campus
   • Certificate of Ranking (digital-version): Via the Student Documents Online Application System/Digital Certificate Please note that the digital version is a tamper-proof PDF file. It CANNOT be printed out.

3. If you have the ranking certificate of other university’s application-based graduate program admission, please fill out the required information with your certificate of class ranking and have it stamped by the staff member at the Counter 1 of the Registrar’s Division.
