舊式證書封套免費領取公告

親愛的同學們好：

註冊組近期於倉儲整理中清點出約400餘個舊式證書封套。由於存放時間較久，部分封套外觀略有些微瑕疵（如輕微污損），惟不影響使用功能。若您有實際需求，且不介意外觀小瑕疵，歡迎於 114年6月17日（星期二）起，憑學生證至雲平大樓1樓註冊組領取，數量有限，送完為止，每人限領一個。

如需委託他人代領，請受託人出示委託人之本校學生證（可為影本或電子影像），以利登記資料。感謝您的配合！

領取時間：

上班日 08:30–12:00、13:00–17:00

自 6月17日（週二）起至領完為止

領取地點：

雲平大樓西棟1樓 註冊組

Announcement for Free Distribution of Old‑Style Certificate cover holders

Dear NCKU students,

The Registrar’s Office recently completed a storage cleanup and inventoried approximately 400 old-style certificate cover holders. Due to long-term storage, some holders have minor superficial blemishes (such as slight stains); however, their functionality remains fully intact. If you'd like one and don’t mind minor cosmetic imperfections, feel free to pick one up by presenting your student ID card at the Registrar’s Office on the 1st floor of Yunping Building, starting Tuesday, June 17, 2025. Supplies are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Each student is limited to one holder.

If you are unable to come in person, please have your representative provide your NCKU Student ID card (a copy or an image file is acceptable). Thank you for your cooperation!

Time: 08:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00 on working days since 17th June (Limited Quantity Available)

Location: Registrar’s Division (Yun-Ping West Building 1F )
