Due to the approaching Typhoon Bavi, the Advanced Subjects Test (AST) has been postponed to July 13 (Mon) and July 14 (Tue). As our staff will be fully dedicated to test administration during this period, the Registrar's Division will only maintain basic operations and will suspend on-site transfer applications on July 13 and 14.

To protect students' rights, the application period for the 115 Academic Year Undergraduate Transfer has been adjusted as follows:

▌Adjusted Application Period

• Dates: From July 15 (Wed) to July 17 (Fri). (Late applications will not be accepted.)

• Hours: Daily 08:30 – 11:30 and 13:30 – 16:30.

▌Important Notes

• Do Not Visit During Test Dates: On-site applications are suspended on July 13 and 14. Applicants must submit their documents during the adjusted period above, no later than 16:30 on July 17 at the Registrar's Division.

• Stay Updated on Typhoon Measures: If the AST schedule changes again due to the typhoon's movement or expansion, updates will be posted immediately. Please check the Registrar's Division website regularly and stay safe.
